Congratulations to Edison golfer Owen Love (sophomore) for winning back-to-back 6A Individual State Golf Championships! On Tuesday, October 15, at Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, Owen completed 18 holes under challenging conditions, finishing at two under par. He had to wait three hours to find out the winner of the tournament. Owen ended up tying with a talented golfer from Robinson, leading them both to a playoff. After tying on the first playoff hole, Owen made a remarkable 15-foot putt on the second playoff hole to secure his victory in the state championship.
