WHAT IS THE EDISON ATHLETIC BOOSTERS CLUB?
The Edison Athletic Boosters Club is a charitable and educational non-profit organization that promotes, supports, and assists Thomas A. Edison High School athletic activities and student‐athletes by providing encouragement, advice, volunteer support, and financial assistance to the Student Activity Office.
The Edison Athletic Boosters’ main sources of funding are raised through events, concession sales, Boosters memberships, volunteers, donations, brick sales, Spirit Wear sales, and our community and corporate sponsors. We provide financial support to purchase out-of-budget items that are beyond what the district budget provides.
In addition to financial support, the Edison Boosters promote school spirit and a sense of EAGLE PRIDE. To achieve success each year, we need your support to help raise the money necessary to provide continued funding for all our Varsity and Junior Varsity sports teams.
WHEN DOES THE BOOSTERS CLUB MEET?
We meet the second Wednesday of every month during the school year at 7:00 PM. Meetings may be in person or with a virtual option. The meeting link may be distributed in the EAGLE BLAST newsletter and posted on Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
DOES THE CLUB KEEP MEETING MINUTES?
Yes, we currently have our Meeting Minutes hosted on our website under Boosters >> Meeting Minutes.
