Edison High School athletic teams may use this form to request funding from the Edison Athletic Booster Club for expenses that are not covered by, or cannot be paid for using, team funds.

• Preference is given to requests that benefit multiple teams, improve safety, and/or have a long-term, sustainable impact on our student-athletes. Additional consideration will be given to teams or programs that can contribute toward the purchase.

• Funding is available only to Edison High School athletic teams, the Director of Student Activities in support of athletic teams, or the athletic trainers. Requests cannot be submitted by Edison High School classes, clubs, or other booster organizations.

• Funding requests will be reviewed and approved by the Edison Athletic Booster Club Executive Committee. Additional documentation may be required. Approval is subject to the availability of funds in the Improvement Fund.

Once approved, funds will be earmarked for the approved request and must be used within 90 days. Any funds not used within that timeframe will revert to the Improvement Fund.
